It has been a while since I have used this blog as an outlet and I find myself back here during a time of major transition for myself. Going forward, I'd like to use this space to define goals, share what is going on for me and what occupies my mind.
My goals for September are as follows:
- Work out three times a week - I'll be following the 30 Days of Cardio Blast at half speed to improve my fitness and burn off some stress.
- Eat healthier - I've signed up to Macrotracker to get an idea of what I'm really feeding myself and see where I can improve.
- Meditate daily - This goal has been on my list for the longest time and I haven't been able to establish a proper routine yet.
I'll check in here shortly to give an update of how I'm getting on with my goals.
